Are SEDE products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! All SEDE Essentials products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. We use no animal-derived ingredients and never test on animals.
Are there any artificial ingredients?
No. SEDE products contain no artificial colours, no synthetic fragrances, no parabens, and no harsh chemicals. Pure ingredients only.
Is SEDE made in Canada?
Yes! SEDE Essentials is proudly made in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. 🍁
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand in the future.

What is SEDE Essentials Bath Soak, and how is it different from regular Epsom salt?
Basic Epsom salt is just magnesium sulfate. SEDE features our signature Triple Blend: highly soluble magnesium chloride flakes, mineral-rich Dead Sea Salts (delivering 21 naturally occurring minerals), and Vitamin E for a richer, more nourishing soak.
Why choose magnesium chloride over standard Epsom salt?
Standard Epsom salt is a lower-cost commodity, which is why it dominates supermarket shelves. We choose magnesium chloride because of its chemical structure — it is far more soluble and dissolves faster in water, giving you a richer, more concentrated soak compared to basic magnesium sulfate.
How often should I use SEDE Essentials Bath Soak?
We recommend soaking 2–3 times per week for 20–30 minutes in warm water, to let the salts fully dissolve and to enjoy your soak.
What is the difference between the four blends?

Can SEDE Essentials Sleep Bath Soak help me sleep better?
Our Sleep blend is formulated with Lavender and Chamomile — scents widely associated with a calming, relaxing atmosphere — making it a popular choice as part of an evening wind-down routine. While we can't make specific health claims about sleep outcomes, many customers enjoy incorporating it into their nightly ritual.
Are your scents made with pure essential oils or synthetic fragrances?
We use 100% pure essential oils to scent our bath salts. You get an authentic aromatherapy experience free from artificial perfumes, phthalates, or harsh synthetic fragrances.
Will these salts clog my drain or stain my tub?
Not at all! Because our signature Triple Blend features highly soluble magnesium chloride and pure Dead Sea Salts, they dissolve completely and effortlessly in warm water.
Can I use these in a jacuzzi, jet tub, or hot tub?
Our bath salts are designed for standard soaking tubs. Because oils and natural salts can accumulate in filters or affect jet mechanisms, we recommend checking with your tub's manufacturer before using bath salts in a jacuzzi or hot tub.
How should I store my bath salts, and what is their shelf life?
Keep your salts sealed tightly in a cool, dry place. SEDE Essentials Bath Soaks come in a heavy-duty, 4-layer foil-lined bag designed to seal out moisture, protect the mineral integrity, and lock in the scent. For maximum freshness, use within 12 months of opening.

How can I minimize tingling if my skin is sensitive?
Try applying the spray over a light moisturizer, or spraying it onto damp skin after a shower. You can also focus application on the bottoms of your feet, where skin is thicker, or rinse it off after 20 minutes if you prefer.
