Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard Shipping — 3-9 business days
- Express Shipping — 1-2 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD
Currently Shipping:
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand in the future.
Tracking:
All orders include a tracking number sent by email once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or a failed delivery attempt, we may either reship your order (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund, minus any non-recoverable shipping costs, where permitted by law.
