Wholesale Terms
Thank you for your interest in carrying SEDE Essentials products. These terms apply to all wholesale accounts and orders.
1. Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to registered businesses purchasing with the intent to resell. It is not valid for personal use or large personal purchases. A valid business registration number is required as part of the application process.
2. Minimum Orders
The minimum order for wholesale accounts is $200 CAD. This minimum applies to each individual order, not cumulatively across multiple orders.
3. Application and Approval
All wholesale account requests are reviewed to ensure they meet our eligibility requirements. Approval is at our sole discretion. Once approved, you will receive an email to set up your account and access wholesale pricing.
4. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale account holders. Wholesale customers agree not to share, publish, or redistribute wholesale pricing information.
5. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale customers agree to sell SEDE Essentials products at or above suggested retail pricing, and not to advertise or sell products below this price without prior written approval.
6. Production and Shipping Timelines
Wholesale orders are typically produced and shipped within 2 weeks of order confirmation, provided ingredients and packaging are on hand. Please allow additional time for orders placed during peak seasonal periods.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order unless alternative payment terms have been agreed to in writing.
8. Returns and Damaged Goods
Wholesale orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sedeessentials.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
9. Resale Restrictions
SEDE Essentials products may not be resold on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party online marketplaces without prior written authorization. This policy protects the integrity of our brand and pricing across all sales channels.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.
